What?!! Former High School Musical *STAR* Zac Efron & Secret Rehab….

Noticed any recent changes In Zac Efron? Well… the fans and the public just might be shocked to hear that five months ago, he completed a rehab stay. According to TMZ, The Disney High School Musical *STAR* had very privately entered rehab for cocaine and MDMA. MDMA is an active ingredient that is in ecstasy pills. 

Neither did the public or fans know that the Disney *STAR* had volutarily sought help and went into rehabilitation for his addictions. He just recently completed the program. He had initially entered over five months ago. However, what triggered the *STAR* to seek help himself? According To TMZ,  Zac Efron had issues with his movie career. He had missed several days of filming due to his addtion. It was back in April of 2013 that he was involved in shooting a Seth Rogens fraternity comedy. A Source in film had this to say: “It was common knowledge he was struggling with cocaine.”

The source TMZ also reported that Zac Efron and a group of friends had caused $50,000 in damages during their stay at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. It was in the same room they were staying that Zac and his friends had thrown a cocaine party.

However, It looks like Zac Efron’s IMAGE has taken a turn because he recently attended the Toronto International Film Festival. This is what Zac told reporters: “I’m good, real good.” I’m am so delighted that the 25 year old *STAR* is doing fantastic! Looks like Zac had made a concious decision to transform his IMAGE. Most importantly, he was able to voluntarilly take that step to improve upon his overall IMAGE. When an individual has an addiction, it doesn’t just affect them personally but it also interferes with their professional success.

I have witnessed many *STARS* go through the process of rehabilitation. Unfortunately many times it does not work because they leave treatment early. Often times they are legally enforced to attend rehab due to legal issues. What’s awesome about Zac is that he was willing to do it on his own with the intention of getting his professional career back on track. 

Zac Efron is one of Hollywood’s hottest young actors but how more attractive is his IMAGE now that he’s finally completed his rehab program?!! I will say this… Now that he is happier and more stable don’t be surprised to see Zac’s film career take a boost! Looks like his IMAGE is shining! Being clean and more clear minded, he can now work more efficiently with those around him in the film industry. While also maintaining a more professional IMAGE on set. 

Get ready for Zac Efron’s new IMAGE because he is making a huge comeback on the screen by appearing in Parkland! This is based on the 1963 las days of John F. Kennedy in Dallas before his death.

Good for you Zac!! Excited for your new ventures and IMAGE! I look forward to seeing what this new IMAGE will do for your Hollywood career.

It’s not the first time that Russell Brand has been reckless and at the center of controversy. My question is this, If he did not intend to somehow interfere with the german brand, perhaps bringing up NAZI jokes was irresponsible in his part. How could he have not expected that the jokes aimed at the german brand, Hugo Boss could affect the mood and negatively influence the environment at the GQ awards? What is happening to Russell Brand and his IMAGE? Being a comedian is one thing. Making jokes that can only fuel division and trigger unnecessary emotions is not what he should be representing.

Russell Brand’s IMAGE has been nothing less than reckless! His actions are passive agressive.On one hand he’s making jokes that are directly offensive; and on the other hand, he’s defending his reckless actions. Yes, he’s made it clear by writing to the Guardian that it was not meant to purposely destroy the Hugo Boss brand. What I suggest to Russell Brand is that he ZIP IT!! Obviously, is he’s not intentionally trying to destroy the brand, he’s also not thinking before he speaks!! 

Russell Brand requires a major IMAGE overhaul! I also suggest that he be mindful when addressing any race, including that of the germans. As his reckless behavior is only fueling more negative reactions and emotions from the public. According to the SUN, Russell Brand was banned from the aftershow party in central London.

Russell Brand’s Uncomfortable NAZI Jokes At The London GQ Show….  Targeting German Brand, Hugo Boss!! 

Could the London GQ awards been anymore uncomfortable? The show took an unexpected turn as comedian Russell Brand takes stage and makes NAZI jokes that were targeted at GQ sponsor and german brand, Hugo Boss…

Russell Brand was presented with the ~Oracle~ award at the Royal Opera House In London. This award was a GQ men of the year recognition. Russell Brand had taken stage after mayor, Boris Johnson made his acceptance speech. The mayor had allegedly made jokes during the speech given while receiving the GQ award. Allegedly, the jokes were in reference to the chemical weapons in Syria. When Russell Brand took stage by accepting his award this is what he stated: “Glad to grace the stage where Boris Johnson has just made light of the use of chemical weapons in Syria. Meaning that GQ can now stand for the genocide quips. "I mention that only to make the next comment a bit lighter because if any of you know a little bit about history and fashion, you’ll know Hugo Boss made the uniforms for the Nazis.” But they did look f****** fantastic, lets face it, while they were killing people on the basis of their religion and sexuality.“ 

Oh… but Russell Brand didn’t stop there!! Because he had a lot more to say. However, not until he took his defense by writing to the Guardian about the comments that had been made towards the german brand, Hugo Boss. He stated that the jokes were not a campaign to destroy the brand. Which Russell also happens to make this statement in regards to the brand by saying, it's "an irrelevent menswear supplier”.

I’m Talking Lady Gaga Vs Perez Hilton! A Fan Triggers #Feud That Escalades on Twitter!! 

What exactly is going on between the 27 year old famous singer and the 35 year old celebrity blogger, Perez Hilton?! The two have taken It upon themselves to take their differences publicly through the social media. Lady GaGa decides to tweet comments on twitter about Perez Hilton. This is one of her tweets: ” STAY AWAY FROM ME + MY FAMILY YOU ARE SICK TRYING TO RENT AN APARTMENT IN MY BUILDING TO STALK ME. LEAVE ME ALONE!!!”  The twitter comments continue as Lady GaGa also tweets: “DO I NEED TO BE SHOT IN THE HEAD FOR PEOPLE TO UNDERSTAND THAT HIM AND EVERYONE ELSE THAT HARASSES ME HAS GONE TOO FAR? I’M A HUMAN BEING” 

Celebrity blogger, Perez Hilton strikes back by then releasing a 352 word statement regarding Lady GaGa. Perez Hilton had received death threats and his son was also targeted by angry fans. this is what Perez Hilton tweeted: “I hope her fans stop sending me death threats, as the suggestion that I pose a danger to Lady GaGa is preposterous… I do wish Lady GaGa happiness and continued success and I assure you my family house hunting has nothing to do with her.” 

Apparently the angry feud was triggered by a Lady GaGa Fan who tweeted her that Perez Hilton was being shown an apartment in the same building where she lives. This is the tweet from fan: “PEREZ HILTON IS AT GAGA’S APARTMENT OH MY GOD”  Lady Gaga Was In Los Angeles when this tweet was posted.

If you’re wondering how their escalading feud began? Lady Gaga had tweeted fans about an offensive text that allegedly, Perez Hilton had sent her right after her hip injury. 

What’s most unfortunate about this entire situation is that Lady GaGa and the celebrity blogger, Perez Hilton were once very close friends. So close that he called her his “wifey.”  What I am seeing here is a perfect example of what happens when a third party gets involved. Although they had already parted ways and are no longer friends, this feud could of been prevented. I do have great issue with third parties getting involved in any given scenerio. As this is only a cause for creating negative results. In this case, a fan had tweeted a statement on twitter that escaladed the differences already present between Lady Gaga and Perez Hilton. 

I do not believe that Perez Hilton is in any way a “stalker.”  I Wish that Lady GaGa had not involved the fan in her tweets and had made the decision to  tweet her fans and asked them to ignore Perez Hilton. 

Should the intense feud had gone public? Absolutely NOT! However, it did and they both made their statements public in their defense. My advise is that a third party never, ever get involved in someone else’s issues that is not in their place to do so. As An IMAGE advisor I have witnessed lives destroyed because of a third party getting involved in someone else’s private life. 

There was also no reason for Perez Hilton to receive death threats from Lady GaGa fans and for his child to be involved. The only two people that should be resolving their matters privately are, Lady Gaga and Perez Hilton. Everyone else is just fueling the fire between two individuals that once cared for each other. What an unfortunate outcome.

If you’re a third party, stay out of business that is not yours! This is my take..

Lindsay Lohan In A Candid Interview With Oprah!  

The 27 year old star and actress, Linsay Lohan has finally admitted in a very candid interview with Oprah that she’s an addict.  A very open and heartfelt interview given by Oprah only four days after she completed her rehab treatment in Malibu. The interview went public and aired this past Sunday. She speaks of her chaotic family upbringing. She also finally admits she used more cocaine than previously admitted. Lindsay was also using and was addicted to the perscription drug, adderall. All of which she used in conjunction with her drug of choice which was alcohol. 

When Oprah asked her if she was an addict? She was quick to respond by saying, yeah.. Oprah then asked her what her drug of choice was and she replied. ”alcohol.” This was Linsay’s sixth attempt at rehab. Oprah also asks Lindsay, “What is going to be different this time?” Lindsay then responds by saying, not taking adderall. it’s a big deal” Linsay goes on to state that it’s all she knew. And I quote her: ”I was convinced that it did ground me” 

In 2010 Lindsay was sentenced to 90 days in jail for violation of her probation. After only serving 14 days in jail for overcrowding. She told Oprah that subconsciously she wanted to go to jail in a subconscious bid for help. She spoke of all the chaos that surrounded her. Claiming she just wanted to find some peace and have no choice but to sit there and be. 

Lindsay explains how this time rehab worked because she went on her own accord. This is what Lindsay stated: “ I don’t think I’ve ever fully surrendered to the fact that I just need to shut up and listen. In this case, I wasn’t fighting , at all. I just let go, she said." 

What is Lindsay’s overall IMAGE looking like these days? She has a very promising future. Specially now that she’s has fully come to terms with her addiction by taking responsibility for her own actions. Versus attempting to place blame on anyone else including her family. Linsday has sure taken quite a public beating over her IMAGE as her past was always viewed as reckless. That is no longer the case as Lindsay is moving forward and taking it one day at a time. Having learned from her mistakes and taking full responsibility after countless legal battles and scandals.

I praise Lindsay’s committment to transforming her life in a more positive direction. It takes tremendous amount of courage to come out and tell the world that she is an addict and was wrong to rebel against those who attempted to guide her. Looks like her overall persona and IMAGE is looking extremely promising for Lindsay Lohan. Although she is yet to learn more about herself, She is stating this: ” I came into it just really willing, and really craving more spirituality, and more open, ready to get really honest, she said. adding she was absolutely in denial before, saying she couldn’t come to terms with the idea of never having a drink with her friends again" 

Lindsay Lohans new IMAGE should serve as an example to others currently involved in addictions. It is possible to overcome your struggles with addiction. To be able to come out of a bad situation and be victorious. Of course, the individual has to be completely honest with themselves and understand the role they’ve played in their own addiction. The first step is to seek the professional help. However, this decision can only be successful when it is voluntarily made by the addict. 

I couldn’t be more proud about Lindsay’s new IMAGE! She is now working hard each day to improve on herself and be the best she can be in working towards a healthier lifestyle and a great future as a hollywood *STAR*.

Congratulations Lindsay! I was always positive about your recovery and success during your rehabilitation. Wishing you the absolute best in your journey. I will be keeping a close eye on what comes next in your career and personal life.

Now That’s REALITY!!  Razhel Zoe Project Has Been Cancelled…

The 41 year old hollywood stylist is known for her amazing eye in fashion. Althought Rachel Zoe has had absolutely no trainig in fashion, she has become the most coveted stylist on demand for hollywood’s hottest celebrities and fashion houses in the business. 

Rachel Zoe was taken on by Bravo TV Back in 2008. The reality show began it’s focus on the daily demands of the stylist. Covering the very hectic schedule in working with hollywood stars, fashion houses and designers. All which have a huge respect for Rachel Zoe’s unique approach to fashion. Rachel told Capital File Magazine that it was time to move forward from Bravo TV. After 5 seasons of being on air, the show has now been cancelled. Rachel Zoe became a household name after she was aired on Bravo TV as a stylist. 

The Stylist also told Capital File Mazagine that the show was supposed to be focused on fashion, designers and all that and it clearly was not. This is what Rachel Zoe stated: “I was like, "Oh, I don’t want my personal life on television." It appears that the reality show became more and more focused on including Rache’s personal life. Including that of her husband, Rodger Berman and their son Tyler. 

According to RadarOnline, this season was the worst in the reality tv stars entertainment tv show. According to sources, the show’s rating went down up to 40 percent. The source stated viewers complained that Rachel had surrounded herself with “yes” people unlike the drama that once dominated her show with her previous employees, Brad Goreski and Taylor Jacobson. Which both of her former employees raised their own status by obtaining their own reality tv shows.

What does reality television do for an individual’s IMAGE? With most reality tv shows that have survived the test of time, there has been tremendous amount of drama going on. Unfortunately, although Rachel Zoe is an extremely talented stylist and very well respected in the fashion world. It was still not enough to keep her afloat reality tv. As she previously stated, she did not initially want her personal life to be placed at the forefront of the show. Hoever, it seems that the drama with her previous employees actually optimized her IMAGE and the ratings while her previous employees were still working for her.

IMAGE Is often confused through opinions and perceptions. For reality tv viewers, being beautiful and talented isn’t always enough. They want to have the juicy entertainment that they are seeking. After all, it is called reality television. Viewers are not always caught up on the stars talent. What they want to see is how someone like Rachel Zoe lives her daily life. Including all drama, issues and challenges faced that come along with her true reality. Viewers want to also be able to relate to the stars life. Viewers also want to see that reality stars do experience problems and drama  in their own lives despite their hollywood IMAGE. 

Does reality television work or optimize a reality stars IMAGE? For someone as talented as Rachel Zoe it will certainly bring about many positive benefits. As her reputation as a stylist was in even more demand due to the show. However, keep in mind that it is reality tv and viewers do expect continued drama as it’s all part of their daily entertainment. It’s not always a win, win situation for reality stars when their show is cancelled. It is  hollywood and entertainment which means that the star must always bring their best dramatic IMAGE to the table!

Chris Brown’s Rant On Twitter Addressing District Attorney As Being Racist!!

The 24 year old star took his frustration out on twitter Thursday night after he posted this: “N**** done 6 months community service wit police and the DA racist a** crying to the judge that I didn’t do it. F*** the SYSTEM!”This tweet came about after the performer was ordered to do an additional 1,000 hours of community service. The Los Angeles District Attorney is Jackie Lacey. She is an african american woman. 

Chris Brown had been previously ordered to complete 1,440 hours of community service for the assault of his past girlfriend, Rihanna. He had also been accused of presenting bogus community service records for the 1,440 community service hours he was to complete. Judge ordered that the only way this probation would be reinstated is if he completes the additional community service hours that were imposed last Friday. 

Looks like Chris Brown is being faced with recent challenges in both his personal and professional life. It’s only been a month since the performer Chris Brown suffered a non epileptic seizure while at Record Plan Recording Studios in hollywood. This incident took a toll on his health. Back In May of 2013, Chris Brown had allegedly been involved in a hit and run incident. However, he was most recently cleared of that. Representatives for Chris Brown Is blaming his seizure on extreme fatigue and emotional stress as being related to his most recent legal issues. He was also forced to cancel four concerts In Canada due to health problems. 

Chris Brow’s IMAGE is spiralling down before the public eye. The legal battles and his health issues are begining to affect this young star’s life. He had also made a previous comment on twitter that he had intentions of leaving the music industry for good. this is what he stated: “Don’t worry mainstream America.” Being famous is amazing when it’s for ur music and talent. I’m tired of being famous for a mistake I made when i was 18. I’m cool & over it.”

All the most recent circumstances surrounding Chris Brown are definitely putting a damper on his overall IMAGE! It’s affecting his music career from moving forward and also not making his IMAGE look credible when he is being accused of submitting bogus records on his past 1,440 community service hours. 

What is best for Chris Brown’s IMAGE right now?! I suggest he take some time for himself to get his health back on track. Do as the judge has ordered him to do and work on his personality. Because ranting his anger on twitter is just confirming to the public that he is not in a stable state right now. He needs to surround himself with people who truly care about him. Encourage him to take care of himself first and be responsible with his legal orders. His health takes full presedence over his career.That way he has no excuse in complying with his legal order just newly enforced by the judge. Once he does these two things, he should then focus on his entertainment career as a performer. 

Lets hope Chris Brown’s finds resolution with the issues hindering him from being successful in all areas of his life.

Miley Cyrus Strikes Major Controversy Over VMA Awards Performance! 

Wow, What a performance given by Miley Cyrus at the VMA Awards. The entire world left in shock over Miley’s stage appearance and performing acts. Was it her sensual moves on stage and not to mention the latex nude underwear and bra worn by the young *STAR*? The public is left completely stunned over her performance now leaving the entire world talking. 

Call Miley Cyrus performace unacceptable, it is still entertainment. However, has Miley Cyrus gone too far with her Sexy IMAGE? It sure has the entire public talking! Brooke Shields made an appearance on Monday at the Today Show with Willie Geist. This is what Brooke Shields had to say about Miley Cyrus entire IMAGE. Brooke Shields stated: “I just want to know who’s advising her, and why the racy display is necessary…. Our children can’t watch that. “I feel like it’s a bit desperate,” she said. Brook Shields had represented Hannah Montana’s mother when Miley was the *STAR* on the Disney Show.

The talk is hotter than ever over Mileys IMAGE! Should their be certain boundaries placed on artists who perform on stage and how their IMAGE is exposed before an audience? The entertainment business is full of artists that carry their own individual and unique IMAGE in hollywood. Although I respect Brooke Shileld’s opinion over the controversial performance. I will say this, It is just that. An opinion and nothing more over Miley’s entertainment IMAGE. I’m more than certain that Miley was prepared to understand that her sensual moves and very skimpy attire was going to fuel some form of opposition from viewers, the public and the press. 

The public has to understand that Miley Cyrus is after all an artist. Was it the most appropriate performance made? Perhaps not suitable for a young audience and those on the conservative side. However, Miley has gone from the Hannah Montana IMAGE to the now very public sexy IMAGE. Not everyone is going to feel comfortable with her new IMAGE. Miley Cyrus has grown up before the public’s eyes and not necessarily in the way many might approve.The public must not just take one public performance and judge Miley’s entire IMAGE for it. It’s not Age or the physical appearance that determines an individual’s overall insight on their IMAGE. The public is only recognizing her IMAGE as an artist and not her true persona. 

Is Miley Cyrus wrong for her performance at the VMA’s? Miley is certainly not looking to maintain the Montana IMAGE anymore. She wants the public to accept her now grown IMAGE for what it is. Although I do agree that it is on the racy side, it’s uniquely her own individual IMAGE and she appears to be happy and comfortable with who she is. Versus what the  public’s negative perceptions and clear negative reaction have been to her controversial performance at the VMA’s. 

The idea in understanding IMAGE Is that not every individual is seeking to appear wholesome or on the conservative liking of the public. She is a mature young woman and an entertainment artist who is confident in her own body and new sexy IMAGE. After all, It is hollywood and many other performers have raised an eyebrow or two with their public wardrobe, live performances and chosen actions. You can judge Miley’s new IMAGE or understand that entertainment is just that, entertainment. Wether you choose to make it a part of your daily life or not. 

It’s entertainment!! Where the *STARS* either shine or are at the center of continued controversy! This is my take..

Michael Douglas & Catherine Zeta-Jones Seperate After 13 Years!! 

The hollywood couple is now seperating after 13 years of marriage. Michael Douglas and Catherine have been enduring some challenges in their marriage. Michael had been diagnosed with throat cancer and then fully recovered. However, not without placing direct stress and worry in their marriage. Catherine has also been battling her own illness as shes been diagnosed with bipolar II. 

It appears that neither have been seen together or gone out publically since their appearance at the chaplin award gala in New York back in April of 2013. It was confirmed by the couples publicist on Wednesday that they have seperated. The couple’s publicist released a statement: 

“Catherine and Michael are taking some time apart to evaluate and work on their marriage.” There is no further comment. 

Michael Douglas was spotted arriving at “La Petite Maison” restaurant in France on Tuesday where he was greeted by close friends. Theres no doubt that the couple has been managing difficult times in their marriage. Although, Michael survived cancer, Catherine did make it known that it took a strain on their marriage and she was not as strong as she thought she would be under the circumstances. At one point, Michael had also gone public making a statement that it was the HPV Virus that trigerred the throat cancer. However, he was not clear that he had already carried the virus before he met Catherine. That statement was a public humiliation to his wife. Catherine is also dealing with her own personal issues as she is bipolar II. Another challenge they are both having to face. 

According to People Magazine, neither have taken steps towards filing for a legal seperation or divorce. Even more recently, Star Magazine had reported that Catherine was to begin a $300,000,000 million dollar divorce battle with Michael Douglas. 

The couple’s public challenges have taken a toll on their 13 year marriage that had united them back in the year 2000. There have been rumours of the seperation for months now as they have been facing tough challenges in the last couple of years. They were once the most sought after hollywood couple. Proclaiming how much they truly loved one another and how it was only based on love from the begining. It is not uncommon for couples to endure crisis during a marriage. Although their public IMAGE is not appearing to be that of a happy and stable marriage. The couple is making an effort to make their marriage work. This is a time for them to work individually on themselves. The  love, respect and support for one another will become a work in progress. Counseling is ideal in order to transform their individual IMAGE and nurture a more positive marriage. 

These are trying times in their marriage. Of course. Yet it takes patience, a form of marriage counseling but also both wanting to work on the issues that have been testing their marriage. A hollywood couple can certainly survive the tests of a marriage. It’s just not always their individual choice to want to obtain the necessary tools that will help them get passed the public crisis.

Although Michael & Catherine’s IMAGE has been clouded by public scandal and personal issues, it is possible for them to overcome it and grow even stronger in the end. Lets give them an opportunity to work of themselves and see if they’re individual IMAGE is able to transform. Preferably in a more loving and happy direction. The best of luck to them both.

Rihanna’s Shocking New IMAGE!!

The 25 year old gorgeous *STAR* showed up to Giorgio Baldi Restaurant on Wednesday evening which also happens to be her favorite place to dine out. How more shocking was it for everyone to see Rihanna’s IMAGE completely transform? Well, everyone seemed to notice that the *STAR* was fully clothed! Rihanna’s IMAGE is not necessarily known for wearing conservative or classy outfits. Most of her wardrobe consist of Sheer pieces, tight fitted short skirts or low cleavage tops and dresses..

Noone was expecting the *STAR* would surprisingly show up in a nice pair of fitted jeans, A classy white collar shirt and a beautiful and sophisticated soft, pink blazer. Although this is not an IMAGE that the gorgeous Rihanna would wear daily. She is looking absolutely stunning! 

Rihanna has been continually critized for her IMAGE and less than classy attire on stage and in the public. However, lets keep in mind that she is young, has a beautiful body that makes her feel comfortable wearing what she does. Is it always in good taste? Perhaps Not. However, artists do tend to have their own particular style and uniqueness that identifies with a minute part of their overall IMAGE. She is no exception to that. I don’t find her daily wardrobe classy but right now Rihanna is enjoying her youth and her more than sexy body. 

Does the public view Rihanna as having the most appropriate IMAGE? Her public IMAGE regarding wardrobe is usually the center of attention as she chooses pieces that expose most of her body. On the other hand, the public should be more than welcoming to Rihanna’s choice of wardrobe on Wednesday evening when she showed up to Giorgio Baldi Restaurant. She looked naturally gorgeous. 

This is an IMAGE that I truly enjoy seeing Rihanna In. She has a gorgeous figure and wearing more clothing on her is not going to take away from her IMAGE as a performing *STAR*. Rihanna just might start embracing a more classy and sophisticated look. This young *STAR* does not require her look to be overdone as her natural beauty speaks for itself.

I can understand Rihanna wearing sexy attire while she is performing for an audience. Clearly artists do tend to have a very creative side to them. When she’s not on stage and having fun with her fans, I do think this classier new IMAGE fits her very well. I love her entire outfit worn on wednesday night. The public is truly favoring her new look as well. 

Will Rihanna consider maintaining this new IMAGE much longer? We’ll have to wait and see. It’s my opinion that she looks naturally amazing.. Lets hope she at least considers transforming part of her closet. Looking Classy and sophisticated Is a great look on the gorgeous Rihanna.

Comedian Dave Chappelle Walks Off Stage At the Comcast Theater In Connecticut!! 

What is going on with Dave Chappelle? The *STAR* Comedian had a performance on Thursday in Connecticut at the Comcast Theater. The show had a surprising turn of events when apparently Dave Chappelle became very upset as a group of audience members were interrupting his live performance in the early begining of his show. That scenerio didn’t last long because after a few jokes and some very loud fans, the comedian decided to stop the performance. He then went on ranting to the audience and finalizing the show by sitting on stage for the remainder of his contractual time. 

If that weren’t enough, the *STAR* comedian puts on a ranting personal act of his own by making these statements to the audience. 

I f***ed up when I left my show, you know why? “Cause my show only to be 22 minutes on television. I could’ve went on television, I could’ve read the phone book for 22 minutes and I would’ve got $50 million dollars.

“I shoulda done that sh*t but my ego wouldn’t let me, "Dave told the crowd. "Tonight is different. Tonight my contract says 25 minutes and I have 3 minutes left and when my 3 minutes is up, my ass is gone." 

After Dave Chappelle’s contracting 25 minutes, he stormed off the stage and left. When the audience began to booo him, this is what he said: "You’re booing yourself.”

The only reason Dave Chappelle remained on stage was because of his legal, contractual obligation. He kept time until he reached his 25 minutes and then immediately exited the stage. It’s not the first time that the *STAR* comedian has been the center of negative contraversy during a live performance. Back In 2011, the comedian gave a performance in Florida at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino where he began texting during his performing act. Not leaving the best impression on his audience. He later opologized for his behavior regarding that event. 

Will the audience be more forgiving of Dave Chappelle Outburst? What do his personal actions say about the *STAR* comedian and his entertainment IMAGE? I am not clear as to what the audience members were loudly saying during the begining of his live performance. However, I will say that Dave Chappelle did not handle the situation accordingly. It is fair to say that it’s not the first time a comedic audience has disrupted a comedian’s live act on stage. I have certainly witnessed inviduals act inappropriately, curse or become excessively loud while a comedian is performing.

Here’s My Take… It does not matter what type of entertainer you are. Wether you be a singer, actor, comedian or musical broadway performer. Entertainers must remain professional during their performance. It is still a job.The entertainer cannot take things personal as theres always going to be critics or an audience that does not always favor the entertainer’s act. Dave Chappelle is already a *STAR* and highly capitalizing on his own unique talent. Fans who attend his performance are paying for him to do just that. Entertain them! Although he did legally comply with his contract which was for him to stay on stage for the full 25 minutes. The audience certainly did not get what they paid for. This dramatic display of behavior did not help Dave Chappelle’s IMAGE! If anything it made the *STAR* appear selfish in the way he handled the entire situation. This Incident does not improve on his overall IMAGE. Fans are now requesting they be refunded their money due to lack of entertainment during the 25 minutes of his legal, contracted time. Regardless of how badly the situation was, David Chappelle did get contractually paid. The audience on the other hand, left questioning his less than appealing remarks and ranting. 

It is a shame that audience members had to leave the Comcast Theater in Connecticut empty handed on Thursday. Not just in their pockets but with the arising and unexpected events that Dave Chappelle was involved in. How much will this incident hurt the *STAR* comedian’s IMAGE? We’ll have to see what critics and fans have to say over the Connecticut lack of performance. Fans will have to be the judge. In the meantime, Dave Chappelle is an extraordinarilly talented comedian. Yet lacks the ability to manage his own personal feelings during a live show. He needs to work on improving his personal IMAGE so that it does not reflect on stage and in how he handles the less than favoralble fans in the audience.
