Inga Harden 

 I was born and raised in Florence, Alabama. I moved to Detroit Michigan in my very early 20’s and grew up and became a woman there.  While living in Detroit I worked several jobs from being an Administrative Assistant for Substance abuse and halfway housing to working for Ford in the National Bankruptcy department.  So I have always worked with people and their struggles.  During my time at Budco a branch of Chrysler I was introduced to the Eyelash World. This is where my journey began as an entrepreneur.  While working during the day for Budco I would have ladies lined up on our lunch hour to apply lashes for them, since it would only take 15 minutes I wasable to build a small clientele on the job.  After my  employment ended at Budco I pursued my career as an entrepreneur full time.  My first job was in a barber shop where I rented a booth applying eye lashes.I instantly loved the feeling and lifestyle of building my own brand and working for myself.  As time passed I changed from the barbershop and went to work in an exclusive salon in Detroit where my next vision was born.  I was so impressed with the beauty and class of Fabulous Hair & Nails I said “This is what I want a salon like this, my very own”.  I worked there for a while until I moved back South to Alabama, got married and  rented a booth for 3 years , I was the only renter at the time so I just named the salon Lavishing Lashes and ran it as my own even though I was renting a booth.  I had NO IDEA I was being trained for my dream of having my own salon at that time. During this journey I was being taught how to run my own business but at that time I had no clue.  I was merely, so I thought just admiring and dreaming.  But, in reality I was being trained to be the Owner of Inga’s Lashes And More Salon. Whenever I would go downtown Florence, I would often admire a salon owned by  Dwight Cox the beauty would always captivate me and the professionalism was quite impeccable I would often dream of owning a salon of his statue.  Less than a year later God opened the door for me to be located in downtown Florence, adjacent to the biggest beauty supply store in Florence and the surrounding cities.  My salon has 6 stations available for stylist, manicure and pedicure area and a massage/waxing room and more square footage for new ideas. Now I hear clients and employees saying the same words that I used to describe the salons that I often admired.  This journey has been taken in baby steps I am still stepping and climbing daily. I continue to have struggles but at the end of the day I make it. I now own my building and the adjacent building so therefore Harden Commercial Investments was created I am able to now rent a building to someone pursuing entrepreneurship. My tenant has occupied the building for 3 years now and often expresses how glad she is to be our tenant. During my business growth we started a family. I am the proud mother of 3 beautiful children and married to Dwayne Harden  of 10 years and counting. I have also founded Southern Bele Ent.  Gospel Recording Label where I am CEO.  As of this year I have also Founded Harden Helping Hands(3) Non-Profit Foundation.Yes I am a woman of many hats and I am NOT responsible for the gifts God has placed over my life. I just go and move as he leads therefore ALL hats are worn effectively.

Mr. Emmanuele Itier Was Born In Talence, France On April 17, 1967. He Now Resides In Southern California With His Beautiful Wife Roxanna Bina. They Have One Child. Mr. Itier Is An Award Winning Hollywood Producer/Director. Emmanuel Itier Has Had A Very Successful Career Both In Music And Film  As A Journalist Working With Rock Magazines And French Television Networks. His Film Career Include: His Most Recent Documentary, FEMME In Which He Is Film Director. 

He directed: Tell me no Lies (2000), Scarecrow (2002) and The Invocation (featuringDeepak Chopra, Desmond Tutu and the Dalai Lama). He also produced: Wildflower (1999) and Scarecrow Slayer (2003). Itier acted as a co-producer and financing consultant: Johnny Mnemonic, Another 9½ Weeks, Shattered Image (1998), The Dentist (1996), andProgeny (1999). Itier has also been a successful Music and Film journalist for both Rock Magazines, French TV networks and theinternet for over twenty years. Finally Itier has been a buyer for various French Film distribution companies for the last fifteen years. He seats on the board of directors of the Santa Barbara Film Festival and writes poetry. Biography: 

Richard D. Browne

I Grew up In Oceanside California and Various locations in Virginia. Father was a Marine Officer and mom a Secretary for the Department of the Navy.  The middle of three boys I was always the kid that ended up wandering off.  My first school play was in 4th grade and I was hooked. In high School I helped write an award winning one act docu-drama that won state recognition. Joined a Theatre Company in Washington, DC which Focused on social issues.  I almost didn't graduate high school due to poor grades. It wasn't until many years later that I was diagnosed with Dyslexia and ADHD which hindered my learning in a classroom setting but it was always assumed I was just a bad kid that couldn't learn. One teacher in fact removed me from a math class saying, "We need this desk for someone who can learn",  and put me in a study hall.  While working with a Theatre Company in Virginia, I met and married my ex wife. Upon her request, I left Theatre and began life as a 9-5er at the age of 21.  It wasn't long until we had our first child, followed by twins a couple years later. The marriage struggled through two economic downturns which resulted in layoffs and eventually ended.  I became a single dad and pursued my passion for Law Enforcement in a small town in Virginia that the kids and I moved to. I stayed in the small town, on a small town officer's pay so I can be close to the kids should anything happen. I left the department as a  Detective after having someone at gun point with my twins watching. I went ot work as a Contract investigator for a Federal Agency working with the Military which caused me to move to North Carolina.  When I was required to relocate again shortly after moving the kids asked to stay and finish their schooling. Since I was moved around as a kid, I left investigations, and returned to my original passion of acting, landing national commercials for Stainmaster Carpets, Dick's Sporting goods and a guest spot on Army Wives where I had the privilege of of meeting and getting to know Kim Delaney.  Like any success story, there follows a down turn.  Roles were scarce, Films moved out of North Carolina to Georgia and Louisiana.  When trying to go back into law enforcement to make ends meet, I was advised by my doctor that a sever motorcycle crash I had years earlier had done damage that prevented me from doing law enforcement anymore. I also could not lift any heavy weights at the gym like I was used to doing.  About this time, my twins graduated and moved on leaving me alone. A single dad for many years suddenly alone and not able to work in the professions I know and love, I ended up depressed and eventually homeless living in a truck for 7 months working small paying jobs. I was able to save enough money to go to Los Angeles to pursue my desire again. A job offer I had in LA was recanted when I arrived and I was once again on the fight to survive.  A daughter was engaged to be married at this time and I had to go back to North Carolina for the wedding. Upon being in North Carolina I discovered that my mother, who lived alone in Virginia, was suffering from early dementia and within weeks I found out she was losing her house. I had to organize movers to pack and store her belongings, work with a dog rescue and animal control to place her several dogs (all got placed) and find her a place to live.  The emotional toll of the day she moved caused her to attempt suicide twice and I had to stop her both times.  This resulted in her going to a hospital for a time and she is now safely in an adult home with the proper care. 

The time I have spent here in North Carolina has been focused on the family matters but I took the time to write and produce while maintaining strong connections in Los Angeles, I was able to help several friends there as Executive and Associate producer for their projects. I have been working with a friend for two years trying to find funding for his shows and even had a conference call with him and a major car maker for potential sponsorship. I am still working on finding funding for that.  I took a short film screenplay called "Behind Glass Walls" and re-wrote it a bit. It deals with overcoming the affects of an emotionally abusive relationship. Something I have experienced personally. There is a line in it that when I read it years later hit me like a brick. It was time to stop feeling sorry for myself and blaming others. Whatever happened to me, be it my fault or that of another is done. As my dad always said, pick myself up by the bootstraps and move on.  I since have written a feature film that has received the appreciation of two major film stars, a TV pilot that has received the praise of a Producer and most recently a Web series I wrote, produced and Directed called Burial Goods which can be seen on YouTube. All the time writing has allowed me to release a lot and in the writing are always something positive to impact the viewers. My dad always taught me to help others. Regardless of where they come from or who they are. He also taught me to never give up on my dreams. He has been my biggest supporter since seeing me in High School Plays.  But, I work not for myself. My glory, or Riches. But I hope that the projects I do, be it writing, acting or Producing will benefit someone in some way by making a positive impact on them.  Now, setting up to return to Los Angeles to again, pursue the goals.  

I have found in all this, that bad things happen to good people. There are those, who do not want you to succeed in what makes you happy.  I have also learned that that is their issue. Not mine and not mine to try to fix or admonish. To center myself, know who I am and continue to press on to my goals. I have learned a lot about humility.  That anyone can go from hero to zero in a moment.  The loss of a house, a car that Jay Leno complimented me on, the lack of food on some occasions made my resolve to "make it" even stronger.
